在法国巴黎举行的第二十一届联合国气候变化大会中，“中国低碳联盟——中国企业低碳行动”主题边会作为“中国角”系列边会的主要活动之一，在当地时间2015年12月8日下午召开。边会在国家发展改革委气候司的指导下，由中国低碳联盟主办、北京中创碳投科技有限公司协办，旨在为知名企业家对企业参与碳排放权交易进行介绍、对碳和能源管理作经验分享提供交流的平台。边会由发改委气候司副司长蒋兆理主持。
As one of the series of side events of China Pavilion, China Low Carbon Alliance Session: Low Carbon Actions of Chinese Enterprises side event is held during COP 21 on December 8, 2015. This side event is directed by Department of Climate Change of National Development and Reform Commission, hosted by China Low Carbon Alliance and supported by SinoCarbon Innovation& Investment Co., Ltd., aiming at providing a platform for entrepreneurs to introduce how enterprises actively participating in the carbon emissions trading, and to share experiences on improving the level of carbon and energy management. The event is moderated by JIANG Zhaoli, Deputy Director General, Department of Climate Change of National Development and Reform Commission, PRC.

活动现场，中国可持续发展工商理事会（CBCSD）会长王基铭在会上做了题为“石化企业积极参与碳交易、用市场手段降低减排成本”的讲话：“行动是最好的宣言”，CBCSD作为中国境内中外工商企业的联合会，近十年来在碳交易和应对气候变化领域积极开展工作，推动石油化工等重点行业参与碳交易相关实践，以利为下一阶段全面深入参与中国碳交易市场做好充分准备。

As a federation of Chinese and foreign industrial and commercial enterprises in China, CBCSD carried out work in the carbon trading and addressing climate change field actively in recent ten years, promoted the petrochemical and other key industries to participate in carbon trading practices, and prepared fully for fully and deeply involved in China's Carbon Trading Market for the next stage.
