杨筱萍博士现任BP中国总裁及BP（中国）投资有限公司董事长。

杨筱萍博士于1990年加入BP美国公司，曾在过个业务领域担任不同职位，在美国工作的14年期间累积了深刻的商业洞察力和丰富的行业经验。她初入公司时在化工和炼油业务部分进行研发管理、技术服务工作，并在环境治理技术方面和土壤、地下水污染预防管理方面有丰富的经验，也参与了公司并购重组的协调工作。随后，在1999年至2004年期间，杨博士在BP美国燃油业务的大客户管理和财务绩效管理部门承担多个商务相关工作。

杨博士于2004年回到中国，先后在BP化工业务领域担任多项职务，其中包括BP烯烃和衍生物业务亚洲区人力资源总监、上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司规划经理、技术经理及安全、环保和质量管理总监，期间她还参与起草了国家安全生产监督管理总局发布的《中华人民共和国安全生产行业标准》，为中国石油化工行业安全管理方面做出了重要贡献。

2016年11月起，杨博士出人BP中国总裁及BP（中国）投资有限公司董事长，工作地点位于北京。

Dr. Xiaoping Yang is President of BP China and Chairperson of BP(China) holdings Limited.
Dr. Yang, since joining BP in 1990, has worked across various business areas. During her 14 years in the US, she accumulated profound business insights and industry experience. Dr. Yang began her career with BP, working for R&D management and technical services, across both chemical and refining businesses. During this time, she has also gained comprehensive experience in environmental governance technologies and pollution prevention management of soil and groundwater, and contributed to company-wide M&A project. Afterwards, Dr. Yang held a variety of commercial roles in the US fuels businesses in the area of key account management and financial performance management between 1999 and 2004.
Dr. Xiaoping Yang returned to China in 2004 and has since held various senior roles within the petrochemical business, including HR Director of BP O&D Asia, Planning Manager, Technical Manager and later HSSE and Quality Director of Shanghai Participated in the drafting if Industry Standardization if the People’s Republic of China on Work Safety issued by State Administration of Work Safety, which has contributed significantly to the safety management of China’s oil and gas industry.
In November 2016, Dr. Yang was appointed President of BP China and Chairperson of BP(China) holdings limited, located in Beijing.
