杨恒明先生于2001年加入BP，并于2015年2月出任BP中国总裁及BP (中国) 投资有限公司董事长。

他在多个行业和国家有逾25年的工作经历，对不同专业领域和文化有深入的了解。他在BP历任中油碧辟石油有限公司副首席财务官；BP中国零售业务部门战略、规划与业绩管理经理；中石化碧辟（浙江）石油有限公司总经理；BP中国零售业务总裁兼BP中国上海分公司总代表；BP集团下游业务管理体制总监；BP中国总裁及BP (中国) 投资有限公司董事长。

加入BP前，他曾在戴姆勒-克莱斯勒东南亚公司、麦当劳美国公司和中国五矿集团工作。

他于1989年获对外经贸大学商业管理学士，1996年获美国雷鸟全球管理学院工商管理硕士，还拥有美国注册管理会计师和注册财务管理师证书。

Edward Hengming Yang, who joined BP in 2001, has been appointed as President of BP China and Chairman of BP (China) Holdings Limited beginning February 2015.

Edward has had over twenty-five years of working experience in different areas and in different parts of the world, during which he has gained an in-depth understanding of various industries as well as cultures. He joined BP in 2001 as deputy CFO for BP PetroChina Retail JV, and subsequently was the China Retail Business’ Strategy Planning & Performance Manager, general manager for the BP Sinopec Retail JV, President of China Retail Business as well as Chief Representative of BP China’s Shanghai office, Downstream Simplification Director at BP’s global headquarters in London, and the President of BP China and Chairman of BP (China) Holdings Limited.

Prior to joining BP, Edward worked for DaimlerChrysler South East Asia (Singapore), McDonalds Corp (USA) and Minmetals Group (Beijing, USA).

Edward graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of International Business and Economics (Beijing) in 1989 and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA) in 1996. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
